Muneeb Aleem Awan, CEO of Al Ghani Gardens belongs from a village background. He completed his early education from APS school system and then did his intermediate from FC College Lahore. He did his graduation and law from Punjab University Lahore. M.Phil. in Islamic thoughts is from UMT University Lahore.
In his student life, he was an active member of social societies and actively participated in political activities. He faced many challenges and difficulties but was passionate to serve his country and nation. His father was a farmer and started his own business on shared land with family members but due to some reasons he failed to manage the business and then Muneeb Ali being the eldest sibling took the responsibilities of the finances. His vision developed and enhanced over the years as he was keen observer since his childhood and also his father was biggest inspiration for him. Through the ideas proposed by his father, he started real estate business and the journey to serve the nation begins.
Starting a real estate business was not an easy task for him and required continuous efforts and hard work. Muneeb Aleem Awan faced a lot of challenges and difficulties but he was passionate and embarked on the vision to raise and enhance the living standards of the nation. At the start there were no vendors which was major challenge also the team was small numbered but still they were passionate and hardworking. His passion, hard word, dedication and brilliant leadership qualities with the vision of serving and improving the living standards of nation keep him and his dedicated team focused and active.
The unavailability of vendors was creating major problem and in such condition it was very difficult to develop and run a company but by the grace of Allah Almighty he did not lose hope and bravely face the difficulties.

He made many mistakes, does many wrong things but instead of quitting and loosing passion he learned from all the mistakes and then all these mistakes became his strength.
He understand the basics of his work and his work was his friend which highlights his dedication for his aim. He learned and understand work from every person and member of this business and then step by step make this company professional.
He never compromise on hard work and his aim no matter how many difficulties he have to face while accomplishing his work.
